Q: Can I bring a guest to watch my player clinic?
A: You can bring one guest to watch the clinic.
Q: Do me and my guest (if I bring one) get a match ticket with the purchase of the Player Clinic Experience?
A: No, you and your guest (if you bring one) are required to purchase a separate ticket to the matches. CLICK HERE FOR TICKETS
Q: How do I know which players will be in my clinic?
A: You selected the specific players for your clinic when you purchased the experience on this website.
Q: Where does the clinic take place?
A: The clinics take place on the Champions Series tournament court which will be laid down at each Event Venue (Ex: the Staples Center, TD Garden, United Center, etc). It's an amazing opportunity to play tennis in these incredible venues with the pros before they take that same court that evening for the tournament.
Q: What time does my clinic start?
A: Clinics are from 3:00-4:00pm and 4:00-5:00pm at each event and you selected which clinic you would like to be in.
Q: Can I participate in both clinics?
A: Yes but you must purchase a spot in each clinic separately.
Q: What time should I arrive for my player clinic?
A: You should plan to arrive thirty minutes prior to the start of your clinic to pick up your clinic participant pass, access the locker room to change and be on court 10 minutes prior to the start of their clinic.
Q: Can I watch the other clinic?
A: Yes, you and your guest can watch the other clinic from the arena seats.
Q: How many people will be in each clinic?
A: A maximum of 25 participants in each clinic.
Q: How many clinic spots can I purchase?
A: There is no limit per person. You're welcome to purchase multiple clinic spots for your family, your tennis team, etc.
Q: Is there an age requirement to participate in the clinic?
A: We recommend a participant be at least 10 years of age.
Q: Are there males and females in the clinics?
A: The clinic is open to anyone 10 or older.
Q: Do you have to be a good player to participate in the clinic?
A: Players of all skill levels are welcome at the clinics and will be paired with players of like skill levels to maximize the enjoyment for all participants.
Q: How much time will I get to play with the pros?
A: The pros will be on the court the entire hour and you will be actively involved for the entire time with the pros.
Q: Can I take a shower after the clinic at the venue?
A: Yes, you and your guest will have access to locker rooms in the venue thirty minutes before and after their clinic to change, shower, etc.
Q: Does my guest get to come to the pre-match Player Q&A with Hospitality experience?
A: Yes they can accompany you but guests must purchase a separate Player Q&A with Hospitality Experience to gain access to the pre-match hospitality event.
Q: Does my guest get to watch the matches?
A: Yes, but you must both purchase a separate ticket for the matches.

A: You should arrive to the Player Q&A with Hospitality at 6:00pm as it takes place from 6:00-7:30pm.

Player Backstage Experience FAQ:
Q: Do I get a match ticket with the purchase of the Player Clinic Experience?
A: No, you are required to purchase a separate ticket to the matches. CLICK HERE FOR TICKETS
Q: What time should I arrive for my Backstage Experience?
A: You should plan to arrive to the Player Q&A with Hospitality experience at 6pm as it takes place from 6:00-7:30pm. At 7pm you will be escorted backstage to meet with the players, take a photo with them and participate in the Player Walk Out to the court.
Q: Is there an age requirement to participate in the backstage experience?
A: No
Q: Do I get to meet all of the players?
A: Yes, you will meet and take a photo with all of the players.
Q: What does the Player Walk Out consist of?
A: You get to feel what it is like to enter the arena like a player. Moments after meeting and having your photo with the players you will walk with the players out of the backstage area through the arena tunnel as they make their way to center court for the first match. The lights in the venue will go out as the player introductions begin and you will be standing right behind the players as the crowd roars and they walk onto the court. Then you will take your seats to enjoy that matches.

A: You should plan to arrive to the Player Q&A with Hospitality at 6:00pm as it takes place from 6:00-7:30pm.

A: To Purchase
- Click on the item you want to purchase.
- Select "Customize and Add To Cart" button, the choose your city from the selection of radio buttons. If you are ordering a shirt or pro gear, use drop-down menus to select gender, color and/or size.
- Click the 'Add to Cart' button. Once you have added the item to your cart you can proceed to check out, adjust quantities, or continue shopping.
- Log in to your Cinder Block account or create a new account.
- To check out, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. You will then be taken to the billing and shipping information page.
- On the Billing Information screen, fill in or select your Billing Address and choose "send to this address" or send to a different address." Click the "Continue" button.
- On Shippin Method screen choose your shipping method and click 'Continue'.
- On Payment Method screen choose payment by credit card or PayPal and click 'Continue'.
- On the Payment Information screen, enter credit card information as required (or complete PayPal steps) and click the 'Continue' button.
- On the Order Review screen, verify that all of your order is correct and click on the 'Place Order' button.
- On the Order Received screen click "Click here to print a copy of your order confirmation" to display and print your order confirmation. Your order confirmation number will be near the top of the page. Please keep this number for your records.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Here are the basics:
We will accept a return for any reason within 30 days of receipt. After that we can only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise.
Only items in re-sellable condition may be returned unless damaged or defective.
Music and DVDs may only be returned if factory sealed unless damaged or defective.
Underwear and body jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is an obvious factory defect.
All Returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please email us at service@cinderblock.com with the following information:

A: In most cases, yes!
Cinder Block ships to many countries. If your country is not on the drop down list, we are not currently accepting orders from there.
Please note: an extra customs charge may be applied to your order. This fee is not charged by Cinder Block and the customer is responsible for any additional duties or taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information about possible charges.
Q: How long will my order take?
If you are in the US, we ship orders FedEx SmartPost (PO boxes shipped via USPS Priority Mail), which generally takes between 5-10 business days to deliver once shipped.
In efforts to reduce emissions, our shipping companies are picking up packages three times a week. Although this will delay orders by a day or two, we think that you’ll agree that every little bit counts.
If you are outside the US we ship via International Mail Service which can take 3-6 weeks, since they deliver your package to your local post office for delivery to your home.
Q: What are the dimensions of your shirts?
